He spent 10 years working for a hidden champion, where he developed over 100 patents, providing key insights into innovation strategies that have influenced various industries. Michel also held a key role at Ernst & Young (EY) Germany for 8 years as an IP expert in the Innovation Department, where he played a pivotal role in protecting new technologies and innovations into an asset.
